I remove the fear of the unknown and the overwhelming feeling of not knowing where to start. With years of planning behind me and a bespoke approach to each event, I will help cultivate your vision and pull in the most suitable suppliers to bring it all to life.

The planning journey is a collaboration, not a takeover, whereby I get to know you as a client and ensure the end result truly reflects who you are. I become your budget manager, event designer, an honest opinion and so much more.

Project Management

EVERYONE NEEDS TO ENJOY THE RESULTS OF THEIR OWN HARD WORK.

I appreciate that full-event planning may not be for everyone, but recognise that everyone needs to reap the rewards of their own hard work. That is where you can count on us. 

The project management service enables myself, or one of my coordinators, to lace into your plans normally around 1 month before the event. We will connect with all your suppliers to ensure a seamless transition, and also produce a master schedule. Most importantly, we oversee the day from start to finish.

Additional days, for help with surrounding events or simply the build and derig of your event, can be added in as you’d like. We also offer consultancy hours to keep your planning on track up until the handover date.

This service provides the support you need, leaving you free to switch off and fully immerse in your day, knowing that your plans are in trusted hands.
