Designed for clients who have planned their day themselves, we come on board from six weeks outside of the occasion, and integrate ourselves into your plans so that you can start to take a step back.
Our unwavering attention to detail ensures your plans are reviewed thoroughly with careful recommendations for change, when required. Our clear communication ensures all suppliers are familiar with us as a point of contact. Our strategic planning brings about a master schedule for everyone to work from, ensuring a seamless day that you can fully immerse yourself in, whilst knowing your event is unfolding in trusted hands.
Project management is charged at a flat fee, based on the management of your event day only.
A limited number of consultancy hours, alongside additional days for surrounding events or on site support, can be added on request.
We’re based in London, with a satellite office in Hampshire.
We produce weddings and events all over the UK, but frequently find ourselves working in The Cotswolds, Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex and Surrey, as well as London of course.
We don’t plan destination weddings or events, but often work with couples from across the world for their celebrations here in the UK.
We don’t have a minimum budget for weddings or events, but our minimum fees apply. For single day events, we tend to work with budgets from £80,000 upwards.
Our full planning service is charged at a percentage of your budget, with a minimum fee in place. We will provide you with a bespoke quote following a complimentary consultation that outlines our fees clearly.
Our project management service is charged at a flat fee, based on the management of your event day only. A limited number of consultancy hours, alongside additional days for surrounding events or on site support, can be added on request.
Travel and accommodation, when required, are the only additional costs to account for in addition to the planning fees.
We always aim to be as flexible as we can to meet our client’s needs. We are therefore happy to discuss fixing our fees on a case by case basis.
You’ll have access to a bespoke wedding platform that streamlines all communication and houses all your important information. We set up regular check-ins via Google Meet and will always be flexible with your working schedules or differing time zones.
We have built up numerous, fantastic relationships over the years and truly believe having trusted and experienced teams around you is the key for success, so will often make recommendations based on teams we know. That said, our recommendations for suppliers are always made with your budget and style at the heart of them, alongside the location of your event.
